On March 10, 2018, Dr. O'Brien gave a 1 hour lecture at the Federation of Spine Associations (FOSA) on the prevention and management of spine infections in New Orleans as part of the annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).
